Stakeholder engagement runs through the whole life of the program, not just at the start. What follows are six real touchpoints across two years — from the first introduction to the program, through partner and government consultations, to the most recent reflection session on the archive.

Project Kickoff

EDI introduced the program to the room for the first time — an EDI banner and a banner on accessibility for persons with disabilities both visible, alongside a projected Amharic slide.

Meeting the Technical Partner

An informal, community-based meeting between EDI staff and community members — with the Life & Peace Institute named as technical partner throughout the program's materials.

Reaching City and Business Leadership
